I've been pulling my hair out trying to figure out how I get the amount of tickets that were assigned within one hour in Explore (in the past week)
The scenario is as such:
A ticket comes in through various channel and then it's distributed to the correct group. What I want to find out is how many of these tickets are distributed within 60 minutes, _and_, i just want to get the stats from 'Last week', as we have weeky meetings i want to present the statistics from last week.
I'd be very greatful if someone can help me.
