The interface of the window with the articles (Answer Bot suggestions) on Web forms should be changed. When a ticket is submitted, a user sees 3 articles and a preview of 1 sentence with the follow-up question "Was your issue resolved?". This is really confusing, especially when compared to the suggestions provided in the e-mail.
Thus, I would like the Answer Bot suggestions in Web forms look similarly as in the e-mail form, which seems to be much more user friendly.
