The bulk of my incoming tickets come from people initiating the ticket with a text message. I sometimes need to respond with a picture to help explain what I'm communicating to them.
With no output MMS in Zendesk text, how are people handling this?
I've experimented with dropping the image in a cloud drive and creating a share link. That's somewhat effective although a bit cumbersome. I didn't find anything in the marketplace that seemed to help just yet but I'm still in the trail phase and new to this.
