Alphabetical ticket fields when creating forms
CompletadaThis is a very simple enhancement that could go a long way. I have created many many custom ticket fields and when you go in to create the form, finding the ticket fields is painful, especially since I have created about 50 fields and counting. It would be really helpful if you could create a simple little button that alphabetizes the fields, or time of creation, similar to how you can filter them in the ticket fields window.

This is becoming increasingly more frustrating, I have tons of fields that I have to skim through when creating forms. Why these are not at least alphabetized makes zero sense to me, yet you have something that has far fewer values, like the brands page, in alphabetical order. Actually pretty much everything else in Zendesk has the filter ability except this. Why.

I've always had the same complaint! But today I was in there and discovered that they are ALPHABETIZED!!!!!

Yes, they have a useful filter now. This is resolved.
