    Unfortunately this is not possible.
    Alle data in Explore is ticket related at the moment.

    The result you are looking for is an organization without a ticket.
    Thus the data isn't available in metrics, or attributes in Explore. So there isn't a query to configure.

    We have the same issue. We need to identify organizations whose support renewal is due. However, they may not have submitted any tickets. We could do this with Insights/GoodData. It's frustrating that they've tied the organization/user data exclusively to tickets, when it would be extremely valuable as a separate reporting silo.

    We have this ability in Insights and it is critical to our Business needs to be able to use Analytics to pull Organization information and trends, regardless of ticket count (even if it is 0).
