Calls are disconnected during active conversation

    Hi Kirk,

    Sorry to hear that one of your agents is having calls disconnect! 

    Issues like this are most often related to network connections (or if it's only one agent having an issue and everyone else is running smoothly, there may be a hardware issue with their computer). Our How Can I Troubleshoot Talk Issues guide has a link to our Talk partner Twilio's diagnostics tool, I would recommend having the agent run a network test when they experience the issue to see if that provides any insight.
