    Hi Sam, thanks for letting us know, I'm sorry to hear that you're having this problem too.

    Our developers have recently made a bit of a breakthrough and believe they've found the cause of these intermittent failures.  We're working through the possible solutions and hope to have a fix in place soon.

    In the meantime, some users have reported that removing and reinstalling the bot sometimes restores functionality.  Based on what we believe about the root cause that won't be a permanent fix, but may get you up and running while we work on the fix.
