    Edit: I think i found it.Is it right? i got no error message but i m wondering, cause this metric do not exist, and i m asking myself, it was kind to easy, maybe i did something wrong.

     

    And Can someone give me a tip how i can filter them like i want to see how many open tickets we have now (or yesterday)?

    Hi Judith,

    Were you able to review this document: Using the backlog data set in Insights

    This section I think is the most helpful part:

    If I'm understanding your inquiry I don't believe you'd have to make a custom metric to see this information.
