Google PageInsights does not like the zendesk code.  Ps fix this issue.  you could be loosing ton of business. I contacted support on this issue. Contacted Norman Zavalla.  And he told me to post this issue here. 

Below is the error I get

Reduce the impact of third-party code Third-party code blocked the main thread for 500 ms

    Zendesk code has a very big impact on performance and Google does not like this.

    Hello,

    I am assuming this is referring to chat widget, please do correct me if I am wrong.

    Have you tried the steps to optimise the widget performance outlined in this article?

    Have the same issue, but for a mobile test, it shows almost 3 seconds!

    Zendesk how it possible to reduce this blocking time?

    After adding `connectOnPageLoad: false` based on Matteo suggestion. the blocking time decreased for ~ 0.5 second but it is still a huge delay:
