There's no way to be able to set a more advanced schedule for report delivery is currently lacking in Explore or set an expiry on a schedule.
We need the ability to be able to send a report on a more granular delivery level.
- Send report on the 30th day of every month
- Send report on a Saturday or Sunday
- Send the same report at different times of the day (without needing to create 3 separate schedules)
- Send report once of a specific date
- Set an expiry on a schedule. I.e This schedule will run for 6 months and then expire/stop. Otherwise, they run indefinitely, the scheduled delivery is manually stopped or until the agent is removed from the Zendesk.
