We've noticed that when an agent opens an attachment that has been sent to them through the chat, the file name changes from what it was originally when the end-user sent it through.
The screenshot below shows end-user sending attachment with the filename of Chat-test.txt. When the agent opens it, you can see in the text edit window that the file name as changed.
This causes great confusion to agents when the customer sends through multiple attachments in the 1 chat. When the agent opens multiple attachments from that chat, it's hard for them to distinguish which file is which when the file name changes like this.
It creates a negative and time-consuming workflow for the agent to then deal with the attachments, rename them etc.
