    I was able to locate the ticket you created and it looks like it's assigned with our Customer Care team currently. They will follow-up with you as soon as possible regarding this issue as they will most likely need to take a look at the CSV file you've shared.

    Hey Brett Bowser - Ticket was raised on 3 May and I added some comment and sample data on 6 May but up until now I have not heard anything from the team.

    Hope you can follow this up.
