    Hey Mark -

    We've got a couple of users reporting this; looks like a bug. Our team is looking into this and I'll let you know what we find.

    It looks like our developers were able to push out a fix for this issue.

    Can you confirm that the duplicates are no longer show up?

    Hi Brett,

    Yes the issue was fixed, and rather quickly too. We left on Friday after reporting the issue and I believe it was already fixed by the time we came back on Monday. Huge kudos to the Zendesk team for their speed.
