Inbound Calls reporting
RespondidaI'm fairly new to reporting in Zendesk but just a quick question:
In the Zendesk Talk Overview that reports the live data, why is the Total Inbound Calls at days end different to the total inbound calls value on the pre-built Zendesk Talk dashboard configured for the same date and call number?

Hey Craig,
The data difference you're describing here may be due to how often your Explore account syncs.
The data on the talk dashboard is real-time data. Whereas the data in Explore is synced over either once a day (Explore Lite plan), or once every hour (Explore Professional plan).
It might be worth checking this on your end. I feel it might put you on the right path with this one from here. :)
