Is there a way to know when (or whether) our Zopim account (Legacy Chat) will be able to use the new Web Widget?
There's this article on your knowledge base from last year that says legacy chat accounts will be upgraded to "an enhanced experience" in batches: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034140594-Chat-upgrade-FAQ-Upgrading-from-Legacy-Chat-to-the-enhanced-experience
Among the tasks that can be performed pre-upgrade, it lists the possibility to use the new web widget but it doesn't appear yet on our dashboard. On the mentioned dashboard section, only the old zopim script is shown.
