Enable Zendesk Web Widget to display more than 3 articles when we pass it an article label

    We have this exact same issue. It seems like it would be pretty minimal effort to at least allow rendering a "View More" button since the results are already paginated. Additionally, we should be able to set the "per_page" parameter to a value between 1-9.

    Thanks for your suggestions here.  We don't have any plans in the short-term to support more than 3 help articles results via the API within the Web Widget but I'll log this as a feature request and let you know if we make any updates in the future.

    We are facing the same issue, any updates about this option?
    I see that from an API perspective, it is possible to change the number of articles:

    /api/v2/help_center/articles/embeddable_search.json?locale=de&per_page=3

    We have implemented the Web Widget for ourselves on a couple of places now, and we run into the same limitation sometimes. We solved this by using direct links to articles now and little info icons next to the feature but it would be much nicer if we could extend the number of articles to 5 or more articles.

    It is good to know I am not the only one struggling with this. I thought I was implementing incorreclty the widget configuration.

    Please Miranda Burford and Zendesk team help us prioritize this requeriment.

    Martijn Snels - pluscloud.nl I am not sure if I understood your workaround but what you wrote gave me this idea. Hope it helps to someone else:

    1. Create one article named "Frequent questions", "Common issues" or something generic
    2. Insidie the article create a list of links with your featured/suggested articles

    It is not the best UX but it temporary solves the limitation. Here a video of how it looks like already implemented: https://www.screencast.com/t/2aTys5YdF
