Before the new update when we use Ctrl+click the ticket gets open in new tab and user remains on the search to open multiple tickets but now when you use Ctrl+click it moves to the ticket and you have to go back to search to open the other tickets. Now instead of opening multiple tickets at once in tabs we have to go back to search and open each ticket one by one.
There is another problem identified
When you use Ctrl+Click to check the ticket, The tickets gets opened on two different tabs. One in the Support Panel as a new tab and one as a new Browser Tab.
