    We do this with our Zendesk Guide instance.  You just need to make sure that the end-users sign-in (doesn't work with an "open" community). 

    Once they're signed in you can restrict your topic to a specific user segment.  When you setup the user segment, just restrict it by either organization or tag.  Then only users in those organizations or with those tags will see it.

    I see that this is your first post, so welcome to the Zendesk Community! 

    You can create a community topic that is only visible and accessible only to a group of users you define. What you'll want to do is create a user segment, and then set the visibility of the topic for them to that segment. When they are logged in, users within that segment will be able to see and use the topic, but no one else will be able to.

    Also, it might be relevant for you to sign up for the Hand-picked Users in User Segments EAP, since it sounds like you're thinking of a specific set of individuals that you may want to just hand-pick :-)
