    Hi Piotr! Could you share how you've currently calculated Re-open? It looks like that's also a custom metric.

    Thanks for coming back to me:

     

    Reopen is calculated as follows:  # Reopens / # Solved Tickets where # Reopens = SELECT SUM(Ticket reopens) WHERE Ticket Status<>Deleted
