    Hi Lexanderwist,

    If I understand correctly, you want to have something that enables you to show certain information based on what choices the end-user makes on the webform? If so, are you using Zendesk Guide for this form?

    Yes that is correct,  

    I want the description below the box to change based on the contact reason chosen by the customer, so in this case i would like it give an instruction on how to selfserve.
    Ultimately I would like to disable to submit option base on the contact reason and give a chat option based on the reason or redirect to a different part of the website.

    But now the aim is just to ensure that the customer have the right information before sumbiting a ticket.


    The webform is build in guide yes.
