How can I remove options from dropdown custom field on help center?

    Greetings,

    Are you saying that you only want to remove the option in the Help Center or you want to remove the field value altogether?

    As much info as you can tell me about your Conditional fields setup the better, as I'd like to try to find a way for you to get this working for you.

    Ok here is my use case:

    I want to add a "summary" custom field made up of a nested dropdown list to my forms.

    However, depending on the user's organization, I want to remove some of the options from this list from the proposed options on the HelpCenter form, because some orgs are customers, some are partners, and some are internal users. Based on this, users shouldn't have access to the same options.

    Getting the user's organization is not the problem here, it's really the part where only SOME of the list options are made visible to the user which buggers me, and there seems to be some kind of event catching to build the dynamic dropdown list which is not based on regular <SELECT> and <OPTIONS> tags I could tinker with using JS and jQuery.

    The alternative of using different custom fields (one for customers, one for partners, one for internals) is not an option neither for statistical reasons.

    I did some digging on this one and talked to some of our team internally here. I was definitely not able to locate a way to do this with the product, and it doesn't appear that we have any custom code recipes or resources out there that accomplishes this.

    However, again, I can't find anything that goes over how to hide field options per org. I am going to flag this interaction as product feedback on my end so it is reviewed by the correct team.
