Captured Knowledge: Guide Admin Task?

    Hey Ryan,

    It took some digging but as far as I can see, there was a UI change. I found this article here with an older screenshot. This is the old screenshot below:


    I guess the purpose of Captured Knowledge being under Tasks now, is to always check that the knowledge which has been captured in the articles is up to date etc. as a recurring task. Just a hunch. 

    I hope this helped in some way until someone from Zendesk can further confirm for us. :)
