Explore Attribute: Assignee Name
Am I understanding this correctly... that when you select Assignee Name as an attribute in Explore, you exclude or include certain agents based on their phone number? That is terrible logic. I don't know these agent's numbers, I only know their name, thus their names should be displayed. Correct me if I am wrong, I have a hard time believing that someone hasn't complained about this.

Hi Cat! Explore does this weird thing where the assignee list includes every known user in your instance including anyone who ever called you. It's the pits tbh. The name should be in there, you just have to search for them (and hope that they are unique enough that you can tell which ones are yours). Hey Cat - so I don't have to type in all the names each time, I created a custom set attribute that saves my list of agents I'm always searching for so I can easily "select all" when needed and don't have to search for the agents names each time I make a new query.
