Can a user with multiple orgs view and comment on all tickets?

    Hi Melody Quinn, if this user in particular is an agent, you can create a custom role where agents have access to tickets within their organizations exclusively.

    If "Michael" is an end user, however, unfortunately "organization and user permission configuration doesn't allow for giving a single person access to org tickets and comments" (please see here).

    In this case, and if there is no workaround for what you're trying to achieve, please consider creating a feature request on Zendesk's Feedback on Support section.

    Thank you Pedro Rodrigues I think the suggestion you sent in the "see here" link may work. I will test that and see how it goes!
