    So sorry to hear that you are having trouble. 

    To find a ticket you have newly created, you can enter the ticket number into the ticket search bar. It would also be good to review how you have your ticket views set up, and to make sure that you have one with conditions that would show that new ticket. 

    Here's an article on creating views to manage ticket workflows that you may find helpful with this. 

    As far as new tickets coming in as closed, you most likely have a trigger set up that is automatically closing tickets, so you'll want to review your triggers as well and adjust those settings.
