No comment box appearing in Zendesk Guide - viewers cannot comment

    Hey Tyler - 

    That's odd. Comments should be turned by default, so unless you've done something to disable them, they should appear.

    A couple of quick questions to try to troubleshoot: 

    1) Have you waited a few minutes, and cleared cache and cookies and such after making the changes to the settings? 

    2) Have you customized your Guide theme at all? 

    3) Are your agents logged in when they're trying to comment?

    You asking on the theme helped - the setting was in there.  We set it up a long time ago - but we're all good now.
