    Hi Will -

    I checked in with the product team and, while there are not immediate plans for this, they're looking into it via markdown for sometime in the 2021 roadmap.

    Happy to hear this will be looked at on this year's roadmap.  For us, we have a particular webpage that provides difficulty for our clients to get through. We would like to proactively message our client's some helpful Help Center articles to give them the ability to self-serve, but the long URLs, the inability to put a line break and bold just make the formatting look off-brand for us.
