Setting up trigger when agent reaches certain number of tickets
I am trying to set up a trigger to notify me when various agents reach a certain number of tickets to monitor their activity. I would also like to set up a trigger to notify me when a particular group reaches a certain number of tickets, could someone please advise?

Hello Matt Beesley,
Natively this isn't possible to set up w/ triggers. However, I would recommend looking into the Agent Ticket Counts App in the Zendesk Marketplace. This app will let you quickly see ticket counts for each agent in your installation and should be able to facilitate your need.

I double checked on my end and there's no way for a trigger or automation to look at the number of tickets assigned to a specific agent at this time. The best option would be to look directly in their profile to see which tickets are assigned to them, or the app Devan mentioned previously.
