Views fails to notify about tickets' updates
Hi all,
Working with the Views page with Chrome, the UI fails to notify when a ticket is updated. Do you experience it as well? seems like a critical bug.
#1
- Click on the refresh icon above the Views list - no blue rectangle icon notification for new updates.
- Click on an empty area on the Main window - a blue rectangle is added to one of the tickets, indicating an update to one of the tickets.

Different Views shows different indication for an updated ticket:
- View = Your Unsolved Tickets. a blue rectangle icon is displayed next to the ticket 'AA', indicating an update to this ticket.
- Change to View = Recently updated tickets. A blue rectangle icon is displayed next to the ticket 'BB', indicating an update to this ticket. no indication next to ticket 'AA'.
#3 - Side Conversation updates are not indicated in View Main page
Have a Side conversation with someone, no updated ticket notification is displayed on the VIEW UI after he answers. Only *after* you open the ticket you can see a blue dot near the Side Conversation button, indicating an update.

Further checking it, it seems like the blue rectangle is not an indication for a ticket being updated, but 'last ticket that was opened'?! Really?
If that so, how can I have an indication for tickets that I haven't read yet?
And even after I opened and read a ticket, how can I mark it as an Unread ticket again? (similar to Outlook or Gmail - when an email that I haven't read it is marked in Bold, and after reading it, I can mark as Unread again).

A quick update for you here, we are planning to add Side Conversation updates within Views. I realize this doesn't solve for all of the issues you raised here, but hopefully it helps with some of what you are working with.
