Request status
Hi there,
I'm a newby with Zendesk support.
Currently our system changes pending or solved request back to open with a reply on the request by the requester.
How Can I stop this....i.e. we need the status to stay either Pending or Solved when a reply is received on the request.

Hi Tom,
There's no way to stop that functionality as it's built it to the way the ticket status' work in Zendesk. Are you able to provide some more context as to why you require it to stay in pending or solved for your workflow? There might be a better way to address what you're looking for.
