How do ZD customers implement custom signatures?
We would like to add a custom signature for agents who work with a specific product. We have some agents that work tickets for multiple products also. This signature would point our customers to 1) a Knowledge Base article that addresses the most accessed KB articles for that product or 2) a Knowledge Base article that addresses the most reported issues for that product.
I would like to know if any ZD customers are doing anything similar. If so, how are you implementing this? Do you use a ZD signature, a macro, or custom code? How is this done?

Using this tool, can you push different signatures to different groups of people in bulk?

not really
but you can write generic logic (=code) for all signatures in one place.

We use Zignatures to push a signature to our agents based on the group that they belong too, once created it's really easy to maintain and change real time. Has helped us out when we want only a subset of agents to have specific wording on their signature
