We are looking at using Zendesk signatures to advertise Knowledge Management. The trick here is that there are a few requirements:
- Each team of agents will have their share signatures. Product A agents have a standard signature, Product B agents have a different signature, etc.
- We need to update signatures in Bulk
- Signatures need to have the ability to have embedded links in them.
Is any Zendesk customer doing something similar to point their customers to the knowledge base from a ticket using these agent signatures?
