    Hi Vladimir! Taking a look, I believe the issue is that you are missing a closing parenthesis at the end of Line 1. Instead of:

    IF (NOT INCLUDES_ANY([Ticket tags], "duplicate", "test", "spam") THEN [Ticket ID] ENDIF

    It should say:

    IF (NOT INCLUDES_ANY([Ticket tags], "duplicate", "test", "spam")) THEN [Ticket ID] ENDIF

    I tested it in my own Zendesk instance and it appears to be working now, but let me know if you're still having trouble.

    + the formula you have used is designed for the metric, not an attribute. The attribute formula normally returns values that you can use as a filter. So, you can try a formula like this: IF (NOT INCLUDES_ANY([Ticket tags], "duplicate","test","spam")) THEN TRUE ELSE FALSE ENDIF
