Trying to report on usage of values in a multi-value field

    Hi Michael Chun! You should be able to do the following:

    • Metric: D_COUNT(Tickets)
    • Attribute: Your ticket field
    • Filter that attribute to the specific field(s) you want by clicking on it and checking them off

    You can then use further attributes to select the time dimensions you want. You can look at past year to date, all of 2020, etc. 

    Alternatively, you could use tag metrics to get to this. Every ticket field value has a corresponding tag.
