We have a few KPIs that we track outside of ZD that would be so beneficial to have in ZD on a Dashboard. Most of these KPIs we have a custom field for, but because we can only pull data out by ticket counts, we can't pull these. Let me explain: We have a custom field for 'Organization' and we want to keep track of how many organizations are added each month as a way to track growth of the business. Often those organizations don't send in tickets in the first month so I can't pull them out of explore to add to a Dashboard. If we could pull organizations and a created by date without requiring a ticket count, that would be awesome!
