Can I have an agent who only has access to Explore?

    Hi Zachary - In order for a user to be able to access Explore, I do believe that they would first need to have a seat on your Zendesk Support plan. That being said, do you have the Explore Enterprise plan by chance?

    If so, you would be able to build an Explore dashboard for this specific client and then share this dashboard with them using a public-facing link. You can learn more about this feature here. While this wouldn't allow them to create their own Explore queries, this would allow them to view any queries that you add to this dashboard. Hope that helps!
