how to add description field to explorer filters?

    Hi Jhonfer c thanks for the question. Using the Support: Tickets dataset, it is possible to filter by ticket subject (Add the ticket subject attribute to the Filters panel in query builder). You could also build a custom attribute that searches for patterns within the ticket subject.

    However, you can't currently search the actual ticket comments in Explore. If that's what you're looking for, it would make a great suggestion in our feedback forum at
