Numerous Zendesk talk issues
Dear Zendesk-Team,
I am writing to you because of two issues that I have been experiencing these last three days and I cannot fix the problems unfortunately.
Problem 1) I can see incoming calls but they just pop up for a split second and then disappear and I cannot answer them.
Problem 2) When I try to make outgoing calls, it says "false" no matter if the number is working or not (I was able to call the same number from my private phone)
Problem 3) Whenever it is working and I can make an outgoing call, I cannot hear the person I am calling but the person can hear me.
Are these issues that are currently bugs and are being looked at already? I would appreciate any help as the customers are complaining that they cannot reach our customer hotline.

We are having major Talk issues, callers can not hear my agents. pod23.

Those sound like issues you will need to speak with a support representative about so that they can troubleshoot your account. I don't think those are ones we'll be able to resolve for you here in the community.
