Metrics duplicating
Hi there
I've gone to run end of month metrics and they all seem to have been duplicated 3 times. I've drilled through and it looks like all tickets have been duplicated 3 times?
For example our created tickets are being captured 3 times:
Any ideas why this would be?
Date range
Created tickets
Solved tickets

It may be best to post a screenshot of how your report looks in the Explore editor- showing the dataset, metrics, rows, columns and filters that have been used.
I am sure someone will be able to spot the problem.

Just a quick update. I noticed its duplicating when add a ticket tagging data filter to the dashboard. If I remove this, the metrics aren't duplicated.
Not sure why this would be?
