A bluetooth headset is not working with talk
I connected the bluetooth headset(JBL TUNE700BT) to my computer and when I press to make a call in Zendesk I get the "connect sound", then it goes quiet and I can't hear the ring tones.
As I press to end the call the sound instantly returns.
The sound also dies in say youtube as soon as I click the "call" button. The youtube sound also returns as soon as I kill the call. If I disconnect JBL as the microphone device then I keep getting sound during the call, but then, you know, the customer won't be able to hear me.
This only occurs with these earphones and not say a wired and/or the plantronics savi 7 I also have connected.
So it has to do with something where it removes the sound if the microphone is active and a call is being made. Why is this, is it solveable or is it something hard coded to remove other sounds?
Best regards,

Hi Henrik Lindholm!
Sorry you're having difficulty. It sounds as though there is a setting in your headset's system sound properties that is allowing you to 'listen' to your Microphone's playback through the headset. When enabled, this will override other system sounds while the microphone is engaged (ie when you're in a call). The setting maybe located in different places based on your style of headset, but generally speaking you should look to 'uncheck' the option for listening to the recording device through the headset. The manufacture's website may have more information about this issue.
Hope this points you in the right direction!
