Chat emails and offline messages emails
As an administrator, I am getting an email every time a live chat started, updated and ended. How can I turn these off?
Setting up 'Leave us a message' for outside business hours, how do I get that sent to a generic email and not the administrator email address.

Hi Belinda Foley! You can control this in the personal settings in Chat. To get there go to Chat>Settings>Personal and uncheck the bottom two options on the first page. I'm including a screenshot of where they are at for you. Hope that helps!
