Issue exporting report in explore
Hi,
I have an Explore report that i need to export but it cant be displayed and cannot be exported, I understand that it cannot be shown because there is a lot of data but in the Zendesk help center sayd that the limitation to export is 50k and this report dosn't have 50k of records. It exports an ampty files in all formats (PDF, CSV, Excel...). This report shows all the tickets of the group A in 2020.
Can you help me detect what can happen?

Hi Anna,
If your report won't render in Explore, I don't think you can export it. If the report is done running, but blank, do you see any errors or messages? If you aren't getting any error messages, I might try fewer attributes or metrics in your query - see if you can identify which data element might be causing your blank results (I would assume a custom metric or attribute would be your issue).
