As an agent, I am working on Explore that is showing me particular tickets. I am working in Support on those tickets, cause this dashboard is showing me tickets where my manual intervention is needed.
As the refresh of data in Explore is done hourly - I am seeing all tickets, even those on which I was already working for some time and should not be visible.
A good option for this would be to have the ability to strike or color rows with tickets on which I worked already. It could be simply locally, not uploaded on the Dashboard.
But as an agent, when I am working on Explore and have 200 rows with tickets with different interventions I would like to know that. Especially when I need to take a break and back to the report and I do not know what was already done by me and what not.
