Chat Departments
Hello,
We have a set chat department trigger that was not working - is it possible to set Departments after the fact for these chat's where the department is now Null?

Greetings,
I was experimenting with this in my test account and I saw a note under the department action:
This trigger action cannot update the department after the fact, as it has to run before a chat starts. My apologies as I know that likely isn't what you were looking to hear.
