  Hey Kara - did it not work in that the results still cleared when you came back to the tab, or you couldn't create a bookmark at all?  Are you sharing your filters values across tabs (see last comment on this post if you aren't sure what I'm talking about).  https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360047234773-Explore-Bookmarked-States-Applying-To-All-Tabs
