I'm trying to create a report for the tickets in multiple organizations.
I need to filter the report using a custom field we have called 'Account ID'. When I try to filter for specific account IDs, it shows a list I can search and individually check the box next to the Account IDs I need.
However, I need to filter for a few hundred account IDs, so checking them one by one is extremely complicated.
Is there an easier way to do this?
