How can I use the Zendesk API to pull in ALL calls (answered, abandoned, missed, etc.) ?
I've used the Zendesk Ticket API to pull in all our tickets. However, this does not show missed calls... It only shows abandoned (and yes we have enabled abandoned tickets to automatically create tickets).
When we look in Zendesk Explore, we can see how many missed calls we have and that's clearly not present in the Ticket API. To no avail, I've explored a number of other endpoints including:
/api/v2/channels/voice/stats/agents_activity
/api/v2/channels/voice/stats/account_overview
Is there any way to gather historical, time series data on how many calls we've missed?

I reached out to some of our Talk experts and it looks like your best option would be to use the Incremental Exports in the Talk API which I've linked for you: Incremental Exports
Otherwise, as you mentioned this data is available within Explore as well.
