Exporting Agent Role Only in Zendesk
Hi Team - how can I export list of Agent only role in explore and their respective group?
Already check similar post like below:

Also, chatted with one of the ZD consultant and it seems that only option they can provide is API. Not every admin has developer skills.
Hope you can guide us on how to export this from Zendesk.

I'm unable to do this as well, and our audit team needs this info. I did notice you can do an XML export of the users and groups, but I find it quite hard to work with that data. Has anyone found a good way to manipulate the XML Zendesk can export?

If you have access to the Customer List add on on, you can include the Role as column there.
You can filter the users by 'Agent' and include the role name as part of the output...'Staff', 'Supervisor", "Light Agent"... and other custom roles.
For completeness, you need a second customer list for administrators.

Hi Graeme Carmichael - already have the list of Agent Role in Customer List but the issue now is there's a discrepancy with the number.
As per People>User View we already have used 291/303 agents but per the reporting under Customer List it's only around 270 something including admins. -

Customer lists never show suspended users.
If you have any suspended agents or administrators they will not show on your customer lists.

@Graeme Carmichael - I don't recall we have any suspended users but since you brought this up how can I check if there's any suspended agents/admins?

You can use the Search feature like this:
- is_suspended:true role:agent role:admin
