Explore query to find out customer updated after satisfaction

Any suggestions or explanations on how the below can be achieved on Explore query.
I want to find out how many tickets are getting updated post a satisfaction is offered.
Condition 1:
1. Ticket solved for the first time.
2. Satisfaction should be "offered"
3. End User/Customer has updated the ticket after the satisfaction is offered.
Condition 1:
1. Ticket solved for the first time.
2. Satisfaction rating should be "good/bad"
3. End User/Customer has updated the ticket after the satisfaction is rated.
For example
Ticket 1
Solved on Nov 4, 2020
Satisfaction offered Nov 5, 2020 6:00 AM
End user updated ticket on Nov 5, 2020 1:30 PM
So on explore could I get some calculations?
