    Are you using the table visualization type?

    Can you add a screenshot or two?

     

    Easiest way ive done it, is:

    Result Manipulation > Totals > Add a new total 

    Attribute: All columns > Aggregator: AVG > Apply

     

    Example below is week over week (as columns), rows are the agents, Ignore the colors

    If you are trying to find the public replies then using "Agent comments" will not help you unless agents don't update Private notes.

    In order to get only public comments sent also use a filter for Comment type = Public
